Gordo 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2013 Depends, do you have a full fabrication & machine shop ?
FrozenChosin 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2013 MX73 and MA60 have the same/very similar suspension. MA70 is the same/very similar to the MX83.
GRAFH 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2013 Machining and welding is not a problem. Was wondering if anyone has successfully completed this type of install.
Gordo 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2013 I don't think anyone else is as stupid to even consider it. I don't think anyone else has tried it. You can, then do a write up on how stupid an idea it was. You can, then do a write up on how it went. I think it would be easier to adapt the suspension off a 1985 F1 car, than off a A70 Supra. But then, what the fuck do I know........... battleaxe 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2013 if machining and welding arent a big deal, why dont you just get them and make them work?

Bill 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2013 You should swap the whole suspension over at the same time, will only add like 1500lbs to your car.
Gordo 0 Report post Posted July 9, 2013 LoL, wrong type of pussy......... Not into furry titts. Yeah, sorry about that, I had meant to blow it off with compressed air, but forgot all about it. GRAFH, those suspenssion designs are worlds apart. It would be easier to hang X7 sheetmetal on the Supra, than transplant the coil-overs. Don't be so retarded, look it up. X7: front struts, and an archaic rear swing arm design, like what the old BMW2002, MA60 Supra, and 510 Datsuns had. Springs separate from the shocks. Shock upper mounts not designed to have spring pressure on them. A7: multi-link all around, no struts. Closer to an X9 design. A7 front coil-overs do not hold the wheel in place, so not possible, unless you build a complete multi-link set-up. But if fab & machine work is not an issue, don't ask us like some fanboy from TC, just fucking do it for christ sake. (how did you get on this forum?)
