Not much out there can out perform the Bosch 044

Also, the check ball valve in most pumps can't sustain positive pressure for long periods of time to run a T or even a Y fitting.

But I clearly know nothing.

So I've changed my mind on the fuel setup, sort of, not because of you losers... just found a new product that i want to try out.

I got involved with Super Street Magazine this last week, doing some "Odd Swap Challenge" so I expect some footage from the making me look like the tool that I am.

It consisted of a dyno power challenge and track day...

I got a set of free Continental Extreme Contact tires out of it so that is why I did it, and a free track day at Buttonwillow Raceway. They basically got us in between rounds of the Global Time Attack Super Lap Battle..

Once I got comfortable with the track, I soon realized that these big ass LS400 calipers don't do shit when you're using wood for pads... After three hot laps my brakes totally fried and I coasted easy off the track with no stopping power.

Here's a super short clip of me shifting at the top of 4th doing about 120ish.

Engine was making 411/405 at 15psi, after about 50 miles of driving in shitty stop and go traffic in socal on the dyno, the day before the track day.

Besides the brakes, this thing ran great and is back on daily duty...

Pretty decent for a vintage Tokyo taxi.

By the way, who is this ugly guy?

That ugly mug got a free track day and set of Continental Tires' ExtremeContact™ Sports tires ;)

I already knew the power numbers.

I just wished they had taken pictures of the full interior, compared to the other shells

Fist mistake was buying a cressida...

I finished the swap on the red car, 1jz vvti auto is pretty sweet. I tried taking shortcuts by swapping out the tailhousings to have the ABS sensor work, but it turns out without the vvti speed sensor the trans doesnt do overdrive.

ABS sucks on these cars anyways so i'll be fixing this, hopefully before toyotafest.

yeah abs in these cars is more of a novelty than a safety feature.

we found an old s600 on the stock air suspension in austin for $400 once and we were dumb enough to want to cummins swap it and throw skidplates on all the stuff that would hit the ground when bagged out.

with the euro headlights and air ride, you will love it. spooklovers friend has one.

Meh, I'm not about "style" I just want to have the interior stuff working properly and have plenty of putting around power.

LS motors have been super high here in Cali... they're still dirt cheap everywhere else, so that was a "deal."

all hobbies are money pits... good for you on not buying into either.
