Austin 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2013 Where can i find thrash garage, garage panda or aero design seats? Zilvia appears to be fresh out. I dont want to hear about your fucking sparco's or brides or shit else. I want these seats for the goddamn name.
Austin 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2013 Except aero designs, i just want the fucking arges.
Guest Trevor Report post Posted January 15, 2013 I can get Thrash's for you new. They aren't cheap. Other than that, YJA is your best bet. I'm not posting pics of every one so if you want one of these let me know.
zokustyle 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2013 I'm pretty sure aero designs doesn't exist anymore. Which really sucks, because the Arges ruled. Favorite seat ever.
CelicaDRIFTER 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2013 Thrash has zebra print seats? RAD.
Kyle 0 Report post Posted January 15, 2013 Arges for sale, $1400
Guest Lofty Report post Posted January 16, 2013 Is there something special Im not understanding? These seats are ugly, unless thats what you wanna represent. I just dont understand. Brides Sparcos and Corbeaus are gorgeous IMO. Just curious. Are they super comfy? Or do you want them cause they are rare?
Austin 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2013 Thrash is rare-in-the-US rad japenese shit, withlots of cool history in drifting. Aero designs is cheap as balls quality bucket seats and the arges has halo for under 300$, the garage panda is sort of a low key drifting company thats left the limelight, but again quality seats for cheap. Or at least they used to be, basically bride knockoffs. I had corbeau's in my IS, they were great, but theres nothing special about them from the i have legitasfuck seats perspective, brides are wicked expensive, i've sat in litterally hundreds of sparco's and recaro's through working on porsche, and non are all that impressive. I race a 944 with a sparco circuit, its awesome but tiny, and recaro's are shit quality and made for fatasses. Im not a fatass. I just want some oldschool cool in my car is all. Something distinctly from our culture that i wont find in eandom cars parked on the street.
Kyle 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2013 I never seent no arges for under $300 or I'd have two of em I sat in an omp the other day I really loved. I haven't sat in a bride I like yet.
Guest Lofty Report post Posted January 16, 2013 Thanks Austin. They are more cool to me now. I had assumed that was the reasoning but idk. Looks sweet! I dig my Sparco sprints. Cheap as fuck (400 for 2 seats with custom brackets and sparco sliders) and theyre for skinny fucks. I want the zebra lolol.
Guest Skitzo Report post Posted January 16, 2013 On the topic of seats. Please keen an eye out for a cheap Recaro A8 for me. Thanks.
Austin 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2013 Lofty, my beef with sprints(i have one) is metal tube chassis. They blow compared to a decent fiberglass shell. Soo much more comfortable, less pressure points, and side mount options.
Guest Lofty Report post Posted January 16, 2013 Yeah you are right about that, anything longer than 5 hours sucks fucking ass in those. I guess I'll have to sit in some nice seats to understand the comfort level!
CelicaDRIFTER 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2013 Parts Shop Max also has bucket seats. They look alright. http://www.gtfactory.jp/cms/page.php?
Guest Lofty Report post Posted January 16, 2013 Those look fucking awesome. Might have to get some, they go with my black and gold theme.
Bowlsclubboy 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2013 Sabelt taurus and OMP HTE here. Sabelt is bride spec tight, but doesn't seem to make you feel like a contortionist like a bride does. OMP is a bit big round my hips cuz im a lightweight.
Guest 403is300 Report post Posted January 16, 2013 Fuck that powered by max seat, looks retarded. Those harness holes probably can't even properly hold a 3" harness.
Guest Piner Report post Posted January 16, 2013 As fanboi the name seems I really like the Driftworks version of the cobra Suzuka. The only thing that keeps me from buying it is the bright orange "DRIFTWORKS" logo on the seat.
Austin 0 Report post Posted January 16, 2013 I like that pbm... Looks dope, bet its pricey though.
Guest Lofty Report post Posted January 16, 2013 Touge factory is another option with their "Statüs" seats.
Guest swim Report post Posted January 16, 2013 I have a jimmy-up fake bride, I might swap it out for a kirkey eventually, I hear kirkeys are comfy as fuck
Austin 0 Report post Posted January 17, 2013 I have an ultrashield, its pretty comfortable, super flexy though, feels flimsy
Gizmo 0 Report post Posted January 17, 2013 I have a Sparco reclinable. It's comfy as fuck and bitches love that shit.
Austin 0 Report post Posted January 17, 2013 Those PBM seats are actually not terribly expensive. 800$ a pair isnt bad. Too bad there arent any fia shits that cheap.
Guest Lofty Report post Posted January 17, 2013 I can't remember. Do most sanctioned drifting events require FIA shit? I know it's at the discretion of the people hosting it, but I really want the PBM seats.
