axis888x 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2012 hey guys. i was resisting making a thread for this but all other forms of communication have failed. on july 6th i made an order for a set of coils (x7 variety). since then i have made a few attempts to email serialnine using their contact thing on their site and pming Gseventythree. it is now almost halfway through september and i have not even been contacted. you guys gonna do something about this or do i have to make a paypal dispute? luckily school has started so i am in no rush for the build, it is still very maddening that the only place that carries coils for this car has no respect for its buyers. I was given his person Cell # by someone but I didn't use it because I didn't go that far. BUT I was to the point where I didn't get my stuff and I was gonna get on a plane to Vancouver and pay them a visit. I'm not beyond going to get my money. Or I'd have taken my money out of them/him. I went and made some noise on the facebook page because alot cocksucks on there. And the one who runs it was like oh maybe you should take that somewhere else or message him. This is not the place for that.....WTF? Its the serialnine page of course its the place for it. Then finally I did get a message back on here from him. But 8 months and no parts and I had plans to sell my car because I was moving, so the parts were useless to me. To be honest I have better feelings now because I got my money back. But there was a time that I feel very similar to Kyle when the words "Serial" and "Nine" were mentioned together. I was subbed to their facebook page and they kept posting photos of all these new wheels they were getting from work and all this shit they were doing and it was just making me more and more angry. He's doing a LSx swap into a X83, 1UZ swap into an S-14, an SR20 swap into a BMW 2000, a KA swap into a Datsun 610, 1.5?UZ into a MA70 and makes headers and LSx swap kits all in his shop and doing it in a consistant timely manner. G doesn't make shit. All his shit is outsourced, so what exactly is his excuse? Xcessive isn't necessarily some 5000 people employed shop that spews out tons of shit. Rich and his dad are brilliant and have experience with running businesses and they do it in a very organized way. You can't hate somebody who's very successful because they invest time and money into actually satisfying the customer.
