Guest DuaxMachine Report post Posted February 29, 2012 Here is the prototype. I am making up 12 of these. 3 spoken for already. Probably can ship by early next week. Drop your diff & fuel tank, clean off 20 years of crap, and what is left of the original paint. Grind flush any weld build-up around rear diff bushing sleeves (mine had one high bead). Push into place, weld in. May have to tweak either the subframe lips, or grind on the plate a little to get better fitment. This is due to being welded into a mass produced stamped sheet metal subframe. You can either stitch weld them, or fully weld them, I have seen them both ways. I suggest to fully weld the diff mount sleeves first, as they are only partially welded from the factory. And the same for the 3 holes in the plate. (2 diff mount holes, and drain plug hole). $55 shipped in the 48 states. I accept PayPain (paypal) to duaxmachine (at) sbcglobal (dot) net Make sure that you put your shipping address on the payment, and a note for what it's for. Would also be a good idea to send PM, as PainPal doesn't always send a notice when a payment has come in. Final product:

Guest DuaxMachine Report post Posted March 1, 2012 The Datsun 510 my son barrel rolled down san pedro ave one night wile womping on a camaro. He banged 4th, the pavement was wet, and the car stepped sideways on him at about 80....... We salvaged the engine, trans, seats, and 1 wheel. Everything else was a write-off. That rear end has one severly bent upright. But I am thinking about putting it under my 620 pickup. You will have to try really hard to beat me......... Do you have any kart engines stocked away yet ? How about slot car stuff from the '60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s ? Oh, and ammo......... I always am buying the stuff. Guest DuaxMachine Report post Posted March 1, 2012 Na, if the shit ever hits the fan, hordings are left behind when I bug-out. Edit: Well, maybe a couple of kart engines will come along, and maybe one box of slot cars.

Guest DuaxMachine Report post Posted April 1, 2012 All gone, no more available. I'm tired of boring holes through sheet steel, tired of the mess, so I will not be ordering in any more steel. If someone wants a tracing (pattern), to make their own, I'll make one out of heavy paper, and mail it to you for $15. Thanks to everyone who bought one, helped me offset the cost of the tooling.
