brian 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2016 anyone got a stock r154 and jz flywheel bolts that can do some measurements for me? i got this used flywheel and clutch setup but it looks lightened and machined. it came with a spacer and arp flywheel bolts that i assume i need to run for correct clutch alignment. but i just want to verify all the measurements against a stock setup. is approx 9.3 mm enough bolt length for the crank side? Gordo 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2016 I cringe anytime someone says "add a spacer under the flywheel to make a clutch work". Like WTF, did they lighten it by taking 5mm of the clutch surface ? I'd almost throw that one up on Craig's or StupidMania You can get a new billet Japanese flywheel for about $250.
brian 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2016 yeah it's too driftcheap for me. i think i'll just buy a stock flywheel and not worry about this nissan style shit.
Austin 0 Report post Posted November 20, 2016 I never use those spacers.
Okidriftjr 0 Report post Posted November 21, 2016 Honest input, It looks like to much was taken off the flywheel then requiring a spacer needed for proper fitment/clutch engagement. Sketchy man. Send it down the road to some 240 fucker.
