Getting the garage ready to start the swap. Planned on painting garage floor but I'm too lazy maybe next year. Did a paint on chalk board on the wall in front of where the is will go. For "to do" and "to buy" lists and obviously random dicks and boobs and other drawings. No picture but painted the rest of the walls in the garage a light gray. Gonna out up some Japanese goodies we got. Also coolest thing was knocking down this damn wooden 2x4 framed box that was covering a tiny 4 inch ware pipe opened up so much room along the wall. FUCK that sounds rad I'm sure too pricey for me right now though as much as I want to spruce up the garage I can't take away from the build funds. I want to get my hands on some cool Banners and stuff too.

Ordered my vented front fenders and got someone to buy my stock grotesque, oblong, stretched to fuck stock fenders for 80 bucks lol

So I finally compared the jdm ecu to is300, way different haha. The "chassis to ecu" plug on the jdm and 01 is300 is one big plug with 26 pins. 0061EF7C-30D4-4B22-A0D5-713FD1128660_zps 37E438AC-0AFC-474A-8AE8-AF2953484DD9_zps (those vampire clips are for the air intake)

The 02+ is300 "chassis to ecu" is made up of of two plugs one-35 pins one-32 pins. Not all 67 pin locations are being used ( I didn't count how many weren't) but it's much more then 26, which jdm ecu uses. Now I had already read this may be the case but I didn't think the amount of pins would be so drastically different. I'm not sure how I'm going to condense the 67 wires down to 26 for the jdm ecu.

So I know forsure I need 01 plugs to get my ecu to plug in to the chassis. I also realized they do have non immob 110/171 Ecus, I guess Mark has one and found out my buddy has one too. (Mark if you see this I want to buy yours.) so I suppose having a non immob ecu I wouldn't have to worry about the immob plugs at all? Just motor and motor harness to body?
