Anybody interested in this shit?!?

Thinking about trying to make a run of these... should work for anyone with an original 5m/7m powerplant that is going JZ. Realistically you remove your original fuel filter and fuel line and bolt it to this mount that attaches to the side of whatever JZ you choose.

I'm waiting on hardware from Thailand to show up to verify measurements and I'll have test pieces made and check fitment on all of the JZ variants

Lets you put Cressida 5/7M filter on JZ block.

Seems clear enough to me........

I'll translate for you... I speak faggot mexican

Mi culo esta mojado para tí

For the rest of you... I'm gonna try to have these made and they'll be free to you guys. Just depends on how many of you would be interested. I don't see the point of having a bunch made, buying all the hardware, and watching them sit on my computer desk.

They attempted to deliver hardware today... I'll pick them up tomorrow and check my measurements to the supplied hardware and get the material to the shop in the morning

Why is this a better option than a z32 inline filter?

That's what I have seen most people use due to the size and capacity of the filter.

Just asking

I know everyone is satisfied with their ziptied z32 fuel filter. I'm not. I wanted a clean option. DONE

And looks like I will only be making 2 more as the freebie option was only available until I had one made and installed

funny you should mention the z32 filter. i had one ready to throw on my car when we swapped it years ago. i showed it to rue and he was like... no.

since my shell was in near perfect condition when i picked it up (RIP) the filter on the 7m was parts catalog new. rue made a bracket to mount it to the 1jz block. not anywhere near as nice as this one though.

$25 + $6 for Priority

eBay price 29 + 8

(well, that is what I would sell them for)

Look at any nicely made, problem solving small part out there, it will be that much or more.

It seems that if you offer to give someone something for free, people don't put any value in it.

Make them pay for it, even if it is only the price of a pizza, they apriciate it more.

I wonder if that is in the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition ?

Test fit on NA 2j, and vvti 2jzgte today... I'm confident the bolt pattern will remain correct for the all of the JZ varients.

My only concern is with the motor mount brackets. I'm using XM mount brackets and haven't tested this with any sort of OE mount bracket shit.

Gonna buy the hardware this week from Taiwan and start sourcing the remaining stainless hardware to make this complete.

Lofty... not sure why you would need this. Your car is never gonna run. Gibbs also has no use for this shit. I talked with Sammy, Urrik and Rican... need to talk to Cliff and Yosh.

Looks like I'll need 5 made despite my empty threat to only make them for those who posted before I had a finished one on my motor.

Only people I'm worried about are those without XM motor mount brackets as I can't test fit this shit on everyone's personal setups. Chris has what I believe to be jzx90 mount brackets and Cliff has a custom mount setup... waiting on vetification from him on whether this will work for him.

dont think mine are 90 brackets. theyre the ones that came on the engine when i bought it, my motorset came out of an x81 chaser. harness/ecu was definitely x81.
