  1. Alright time to post the progress. Picked up my 88 x7 from the original owner. Drove home for $450 and daily'd for 3 months First day I bought it Cleaned it up and thew on some tint for lols Then this happened I didnt like that motor anyways. So I did this Because 5m... Had to anchor it down to keep from rolling down the parking lot The love letter I found on my car the next day They weren't kidding... $250.00 later and finally in a garage, starting to clean up. Still needs paint To replace the old... Where I've been tinkering... God I love living in an apartment Before/After hand polishing because I'm a fag who likes shiny shit - still have a couple more stages for mirror finish To give you an idea of how it looks compared to stock finish Interior gutting/cleaning So that's where I'm at as far as build progress. Still have a fuckton to go, but it finally feels like I'm getting somewhere at least. next on my list - DM aluminum pulleys are being anodized and should be done thurs - still need to pick up clutch pedal and lines - finish prepping the engine bay to drop in the motor this weekend - tie up random engine loose ends (IC, wiring, gauges, tune etc) - finish interior - herculiner the floors, flush door panels, customer gauge pod - complete 5 lug/x8 steering. - wheels - coilvers - 2 tone paint That's all I've got for now
