  1. Phase 1: I found a pearl white X8 w/ grey interior on craigslist in bum fuck nowhere Washington. The guy bought it from an old man who drove it and then upgraded and bought a Lexus and then passed it down to his son. After about 1.5 years it blew the head gasket @ 230k and he sold it to this guy in Washington and he replaced the HG and had to sell it due to him moving to Florida. It was immaculate and bone stock. Picked it up for $1500. I drove it for a few weeks and then its passenger brake line blew up and i had to replace the front brake lines and while i was there painted the calipers off the shelf chevy muscle car orange/red for extra cool points. and for some reason i thought it was a good idea to use anti seize on the lug studs. My first time ever working on a car and i was clueless. My first goal was to 5 speed swap it. After a couple hours of research i figured out that everyone's w58's were shit and found a mk3 R154 on a Facebook drift page for $550 at a local shop with a 30 day warranty. After a couple more hours i figured out everything i needed to make the swap happen (shout out to driftmotion and Xcessive): I then found a d-max vented hood in Newberg, Or for $100 and riveted it on for extra jdm fucc boi points. Found some $30 S14 springs for some poor boy low. At this point i had the 5 speed swap done and was waiting for a driveline and i picked up some mk3 supra wheels for $50. I did a couple celebratory burnouts/donuts and realized that open diffs suck and i had a lot of play in the rear end. found a 3.93 MK3 diff in the middle of nowhere Oregon and picked it up. Painted it race car red and me and my friend Jeff McCall installed the Xcessive poly subframe bushings and poly diff bushings, MK3 diff adapter and sub frame re-enforcement plate. Got all the parts installed and got an alignment. I thought i was the coolest dude on the block. Then after about 2 months of daily driving I acquired a rod knock after doing a donut showing off for friends. And that was pretty much my first 1 year of Cressida ownership. I spent the rest my year not doing shit tryna save up and buy a house and i eventually bought a house in Vancouver, WA. That's when phase two happened. I'll post it later if i have time.

Found a dude selling 4 Cerberus II's with 2 brand new 4" lips for dirt cheap. So naturally I bought them: I then posted on social media about them and a dude hits me up with: "hey i got 4 more with 4 brand new lips for even less". so naturally i said yes again, ahahahah: I bought em with the intentions of cheap well fitting drift spares. and they will work great for that purpose. I sold my old spares and pretty much almost paid for all 8 Cerbs. So a win-win scenario for me. I've also given my painter a cash deposit for all my PPG products for painting my car. So I should be painted and kitted soon.

its bolted on to the chassis where the factory crash bar does. and the lower bars that look like they're going to the frame, they arent and are going to the tow points which are bolted onto the frame. i think i was gunna remove those or just leave one bolt in out of three so if i do have an impact it'll sheer the bolt rather than fuck the frame. but also i have no idea what im doing and its was me and my friends first time making bash bars. so id love to hear critisim so i can make the appropriate changes. im by no means professional. just some dude in his garage learning how to do shit the hard way. and i dont give a fuck about how the welds look, its A bash bar that will be covered by the bumper and its a drift car not a show car.

Got some bash bars made finally to hold up my kit. (ignore my wonky corner light/ head light fitment and crooked exhaust; those will be fixed soon) They're made of mild steel so i'm not sure whether to paint em or powder coat em to prevent rusting.

I'ma shorten the skirts and rear bumper an inch. I've worked way to hard to achieve this fitment to just ruin it. #Death2tireSidewall Front bumper is 1 van height from the ground and that's perfect for drivability. I have a S9 skirt I test fitted & it's about a 1/2" off the ground and i can get out of my driveway just fine. i kinda like the window louver idea but i will never own anything that joe's aero makes. I had his kit and its trash and sold it and seen his trash "whale tail" *CRINGE* As for a trunk wing i may do a low mounted wing eventually. tbone your compliment is greatly appreciated. ❤️ and id love to see pictures of Tores x8. Things id like to work on after getting it painted. center caps for my koenigs. chrome door handles. check to see if jzx90 ganadors can work with x8. mark ii front end swap.

Test fitted up my BN REP kit & installed S9 trim delete kit, Tryna figure out how ill survive at this ride height. Debating on the raising car. (dont want to) or shorten kit or just remove the kit every time i want to leave my driveway in conjunction with ramps.

I need an alignment but I'm pretty sure my front camber is somewhere in the neighborhood of ~7.5 and rear is .5 and yeah, last track day I clipped a stack of tires with my corner light, which crunched up my fender like an accordion into 3 pieces.

Hard to make a accurate replacement without an original and off a google images. Easier to ship a center cap to someone rather than ship a huge wheels to someone. So i bought one so i can have it replicated. 3 brand new caps incoming. I may even have a few sets made to sell to others. These caps are in demand.

i juts kills me. note to self never buy a set of 3pc wheels without center caps. its actually cancer. and i think koenigs are ugly with out the caps. the caps make the wheel imo.
