    Partying, partying, YEAH

The clutch was completely destroyed anyways... It would slip going over 5km/h. Me attempting to limp it home didn't kill an 800 dollar clutch. Someone mounting it on fucking washers did.

Whoever set it up originally, mounted the master on 2 washers.. I pushed clutch in, master slipped off of the washers, clutch went poof. I tried to get it home and it totally roasted it. I got a hold of the original setup that was already slipping before hand, and put it back on. This is where we are currently at.

Haha good for those members? I tried to make it better, had no luck with it.. No idea what's wrong with it. Not like anyone can come here for help/advice. I'll gladly admit that I did. As I've stated many times before, I'm not a mechanic. I got the car simply for fun, and it kept breaking anytime I drove it. I'd sell it if I could

I love that you keep saying I fucked it up haha, the car was janky when I bought it. I changed the turbo and cams, got a tune, and have had nothing but issues with it since. I've driven the car like 4 fucking times since I bought it haha. Literally like an hour of seat time in it. Yeah, yeah, everything you touch turns to gold too I'm sure? If cars weren't passed on, you'd have nothing to cry and flame about Gordo

I mean it is parked on a slope?

Hahah it's currently sitting in my driveway with some sputtering issues and a toast clutch . I have a ton of stuff to do to it, and no drive/time to do it.

    Fuck off, I'm a scrub that's learning.

Getting to the bolts on the trans wasn't the hard part, the extensions were easy... It's getting the tranny back far enough to get around the ORC haha. My tunnel was always in the way. Getting it back on would have been fucking insanely hard doing it that way as well, hence why I did the opposite. Hahaha I did exactly that Chris... My back was sore as fuck from the pavement outside of my house... Having my own house with a hoist would be fucking prime, but so would having the money to do so

It was definitely a tight fit... Getting it off by tipping the engine back was somewhat ok (still hard to get those 2 alignment pins on the bellhouse off though), but getting it back on was nearly impossible for me. The tunnel wasn't big enough to push it up with the clutch mounted on the engine. Shit kept getting stuck... Just seemed easier to have it on the trans before hand for the extra room. Could just go straight up with the jack as opposed to diagonol to fit the block and avoid the tunnel. Both ways work, just seemed easier for the situation I was in to do it and then tighten by spinning the flywheel.

Haha I doubt it, but that would be pretty fucking rad

Oh wow, that's rad... How much was the setup? Who'd you go with?

Yeah, and I'm guessing it slipped for Thug as well... I think I'll just go back to the pull setup then haha Can you believe it Gordo?

Nope, I haven't. If I had, I wouldn't bother asking your grumpy old ass questions. This was the first time I've had to change a clutch, as I stated months ago, I'm not a mechanic. This was my learning project. Then your poster child for x81's installed it improperly, or it was done wrong in Japan before it was imported. It was like this when I got it, I haven't done anything different. It had just as much pressure on it when I took it off in the first place.

Haha workin on it, don't have the money for a new clutch/flywheel yet. I just can't find a definitive answer on whether or not the push conversion slave should put pressure on the fork at rest or not :/ makes me scared to buy a new orc setup if it's just going to slip again

Lol sure you did Gordo Meh, I'm not complaining that it's janky, I'm just asking questions

Rofl if it's fucked up, it's not from me. Go back to your circle jerk Gordo
