ohh, nevermind. i thought you meant the dual caliper setup for the rear. i think i remember seeing gordo's post back when i didn't my front z32 calipers. i actually have one of his old kits purchased through ebay. i have the flipside brackets for running z32 rear calipers for a dual hydro setup. i haven't test fit yet, but AFAIK, stock ebrake has to be removed to fit the bracket. i got excited for a second thinking i could run a diff rotor to avoid this. -

any pics of the z32 ebrake setup? -
there's an E34 in my local yard. does it have to be an M5 to have those skirts? screw mud flaps! unless it's a rally car.

yeah, they are, but that explosion of nationally known popularity has only been in the last few years. used to be just retail sales and some shaky sponsorship of s-chassis drift cars in the early 2000s. glad to see they've really taken off now. i almost picked up an ES250 bumper from the junkyard. fitment is really close, but still sticks out further than it should. my biggest problem was a lack of intercooler opening, but might be a better fit for your car. with a lip added, of course.

it's still weird to see enjuku logos on car nowhere near florida. damage doesn't look that bad considering. sucks, but glad to see you still holdin' it down for the stock bodies

i love my corbeau seats too that crusty stock steering wheel is still 10x better than any grip royal or some other alibaba knockoff wheel haha

anyway, back to non-X8-related updates: the exhaust from streeter left osaka tuesday morning, and arrived at my door yesterday evening. i'm ready to go battle toretto at race wars...

this is how i feel about it too. i was anti e-brake initiation for the longest time. but with more facilities offering very tight 2nd gear skidpads, the e-brake is becoming more important when enough speed to weight transfer isn't really possible. i guess i could just clutch kick ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ battleaxe, about my setup, it has been aligned. there's a minor amount of toe out, and everything else is pretty standard. it would be nice to dial some more camber out of the rear, but i'm still on all stock arms. no sway bar changes either, just the JIC coils. the car behaves better than it did prior to the alignment, but a lot of my uncertainty behind the wheel comes from varying levels of grip. i'm trying to stay consistent with the tires i run so i know what to expect, but it's typically a mixed bag and i have to feel the car out each track day outing. but i should have enough experience with the car by now to be able to actively position it, rather than passively controlling. that makes a lot of sense, so thanks again!

thanks for the input. here's a more recent clip where i switch to third in the infield, just not very smoothly: i haven't had good experiences trying to initiate with the stock drum e-brake, but i'm probably just not fully committing. i prefer to weight transfer into it, but i'm not consistent at all. any other pointers are appreciated.

finally nailed down and exhaust for the NSX. streeter came through on this... looks to be a rare gruppeM staineless v3 exhaust. i'm pretty excited to hear it. as for the X8, i've been lazy, but i have pretty much all the parts i need for standalone hydro e-brake using the flipside customs brackets. just need to figure out handle style and how/where to mount.
