You can go to the junkyard and get seatbelts out of a lot of different cars that would work. Thats what I did and they were $5 a piece and I even retained the stock location and plates for the lap belt module. And I used the pair of holes on the B pillar where the track mounted. Not too hard at all. I did, however, have to cut the openings and make them larger but that took about 5 minutes to do.

it was jzxpwns...
i took my b-pillar trim off but didn't see anything threaded other than the two small bolts for the track, so i was a little curious on how folks were mounting these up.

i know its a fairly old thread but.....does anyone know what cars have manual seatbelts that will work w/ the x8. i put the rear belts in the front of my car but they are a pain in the ass cuz the belt locks. apparently if the belt mechanism is not at the exact angle as how is mounted originally then i will not slide out...it will just stay locked.

for reference, canadian x8 b-pillars are different and the belts do not bolt on. for a proper setup it will require cutting and welding fabrication of the b-pillar seatbelt mounts, and don't fool with that shit if you don't have to or you're going to get facesmashed to shit.

rear belt recievers from ~1984 camry. The cressida's belt blades are strangly wide. Those are the only ones I could find that fit.
