supp just felt like sharing this projects progress.

so i bought it like this


slammed it like this (rx7 fd3s springs horrible ride blew the shocks in no time. had to raise it back up.



then i had to fix this

with this

to this

when fixed i installed a NA mk3 lsd rear. and did a full w58 swap.

waiting on suspention to lower it again on some good size rims.

im selling my other car to fund this project. 2jz single the usual suspects coming soon.

bought a rebuilt r154

i came up on a lil money but i need finding a few parts.

cheap used 1jz flywheel and bellhousing


JZ will b picked up tomorrow, if anyone needs 2jz twins leme kno i dont wanna use em.

i think 17x9 on around +20 those are really my front wheels though the rears are 17x10

so i went and got this today


took off the twins since i wont be using them.



super clean engine by the way.

few parts. a lot more in the mail......



will be updating on Monday, work all weekend for me.

dan if i remember right? yeah man when i bought the car one of the diff mounts was rotted away so i drove it till it just snaped.

its all better now tho, home made solid mounts own.

thats why i always recommend guys to change out those diff bushings.... and yea its daniel... can't wait to wires this up!!

a little more progress, man handled the 7m out with a couple of friends and no engine lift and cleaned the engine bay from that ancient gunk.



does anyone have any info on some DIY engine mounts?

small update. so i got these 240/ka24 mounts from my friend for a great price and decided to use them on my build.



as you can see they are about the same height as the stock ones FTW.



here is the difference, the 240 mounts have the bolts slightly offset.



so all i did was use a dremel to compensate for the slight offset. it should have the mount sitting where it needs to be.

will post the final result once the exesive brackets show up. i repainted the bracket i moded for a little rust protection as well.
