Hey guys just recently joined jzxproject and just looking for some more info on my 1jz swap I have a caged mx83 which I bought in July of 2009 and I'm about 85% done with the swap just finishing a few things up. I came here to just get some information and maybe give some people some information on where I got hung up. Anyways...Here are the pictures. And the hood is now a stock hood cuz that one is awful.

yeah it was rotting away in a driveway in california but I brought it back and starting cleaning and swapping that nasty 7m out of it... a lot of people recognize the car though

OMG! That was my buddys car before it got impounded and sold at auction.

He did the cage and everything else on there.

We were wondering wut ever happened to the car.

its pretty cool how many people know the car and if anyone has any info on it that would be greatly appreciated...I also forgot in my intro the most basic of information my name is Adam.

alright I'll make a build thread here also just to show some of the stuff I've been up to with the 1jz swap and fixing the dented door and what not...as for the hood vent it was put on in really shitty and I am trying to figure out how to somehow mold it into the hood so I have a spare hood im experimenting with. I want it to look like a d-max hood not all lame and uneven

I like the starions but I'm not so sure about the bubble flares. welcome.

the car is a lot of fun the roll cage makes fast sharp turns a dream...

and i promise i wont get it impounded...not my style
