Might have got off to a bad start " quoting stuff " , but thought I'd get off on a clean start . Haven't done to much to the Verossa yet , but here is where I'm up to after 3 weeks.

Greddy Profec B II Boost Controller , Greddy L Spec Custom Intercooler and Trust Airnix Custom Intake .

Had a few issues with Boost Fuel Cut ( cutting in at 12 psi ) but had the guys in the workshop do their magic and are now getting a smooth 16 psi throughout the boost range .

Next stage is the exhaust .

^^^ what? are you retarded? its STOCK. hardly qualifies as sick when youve got cars running around like we do.

and sell that airinx NOW before it falls apart and you mulch your turbo when it ingests those plastic shards. ask me how i know...

please dont do exhaust yet. do suspension. do wheels. stop trying to make power and make it handle already.

Not sure yet as to what look I wanna go for . Have a preference but could be manipulated to change my mind . Here are a couple of pic's on what i want the final outcome to look like. If I go for the the D1 look , i really want to clone the fuck out of ( apart from decals ) one of the D1 cars . All have the Vertex kit .

Let me know what you like

VIP Look

D1 Aggressive

Street Fucking cool !!

To answer the last couple of posts , yeah , looking at doing the exhaust next . Have had a couple of prices for a full 3" upgrade or just replace the stock mufflers with something a little more free flowing . Seeing as the stock Turbo is still there , will probably go for a muffler upgrade . Would rather wait for the turbo upgrade but knowing me , if i dont keep on it i'll find another project to start on .
Opp's to late , just got a good quote on supercharging my daily !!!!!

Yeah , I know it's not a JZX but still for a FWD it's pretty lethal on the track.

As far as suspension , i've had the coilovers for over a month now , HSD HR'S but I looking at doing the Cusco ZERO 2E's instead .

Just taken over the distribution rights for Cusco in Oceania ( NZ and Aussie ) so I think they'll be a little pissed off if I didn't use their full catalogue for the sway bars , strut braces and under body braces for the car .

Still waiting for the rear alloy's to arrive , 6 weeks to go from the states , but heres a pic of the fronts.

Front 19" x 8.5 , can't remember the offset and the rears 19' x 9.5 . Konig Lace

"]Konig Lace[/url]

The Airnix intake was a last resort , Apexi have discontinued there intake for the JZX110 , so i'll leave this on for awhile and adapt an Apexi pod later on . Have to say though that the factory BOV is super sweet with these mods.

The car for the next few months ( its winter here ) will just be doing 1/4 mile drags but towards xmas we want it to be adaptable for circuit racing and learner mode drift . Anyway , hoping to have the job finished late January . This is still a daily drive for the missus , so I hope she can keep it in one piece till thern .

Cheers , I hope you like the car and follow the progress thup.gif

Keep spending money on the verossa, fuck your daily. Ever look into the vipec v88 w/ jzx100 throttle body, cable, and pedal? VIP is a good look, if you go D1 styles you needs more roll cage

Don't deny it.

My vote goes to something other than VIP style, but it's your car and you do what you like. In a perfect world, I'd see this thing on the ground, no aero and low offset wheels with flush face and a moderate pull, probably a dark dark blue or green.

Been a while since last post , still been cruising the forum but haven't had a lot to post . I had a little accident with the Verossa not long after my last post . Full frontal and RH side but even though the insurance company didn't front up ( was a write off anyway ) pulled some strings with Toyota to put it back on the road .

Parts and labor were gunna add up to about 12K but ended up only paying a fraction of that

Anyway , the bank account is nearly empty but the build is starting again . Just to ensure I don't loose it in the wet again , the focus immediately is strictly suspension and bracing . First mod is the Cusco OS strut brace to be followed by the rear , Cusco sway bars and Cusco under body brace .

Here's a pic of the car with it's new front end and the brace . Next post is the Supra 4 pot caliper upgrade .

It'll go lower , just need to wait for the Body Kit to make sure all is legal height .
