OK, there has been a lot of discussion concerning these mounts lately, so I wanted to let everyone know what the scoop is. These mounts are made out of 1/4" thick bent steel. A lot of people have been concerned about the mounts bending, which is a valid concern if you are not familiar with things of this nature. There is nothing you could throw at these that would cause them to bend. It takes over 7 tons to form them....... thats 14,000 lbs. If you are putting a 20 cylinder locomotive Diesel engine in your car, then maybe you have a problem, but no JZ or even V8 equivalent would cause these mounts to fail or bend.

These are available off of http://www.xcessivemanufacturing.com/merch...=211&step=4 for $89.50 a set.

As you can see, they are plated and come with the hardware needed. These mounts are for Kouki crossmember ONLY! We just took the needed measurements last night for Zenki corssmember and should have them in about 2 weeks. I will keep this updated so you will know right when they are ready.

Please ask any questions you may have. I will be monitoring this thread several times a day...... so just ask.

Thanks for looking

We got the measurements off of my car on Wednesday, so he is working on them. He told me 2 weeks but I will be talking with him today and ask how things are going.

We take our measurements from JZ swapped cressida's, and test fit them before the final product is released.

And yes the Zenki mounts are in production now. I will let everyone know as soon as they are ready!

Thanks for you interest!

so guy i got a set of the new mounts to try out from rich and i was curious if you guys got them test fitted on your car yet. the drivers side mount sits perfect but the passenger side mount is a couple of degrees off. it hits the oil dump pipe too. you guys run into anyother issues?

I went over and talked to rich last week, he has the new style for zenki X-member bent up. He just needs Guy to get over there to test fit them.
The rest of us in p-town have kouki chassis.

I'll let you guys know as soon as he is ready for sale.

i just finished installing the mounts in my car and it seems as though they are finally spot on after a few different sets. my engine sits perfectly and allows the shifter to sit dead center in the stock shifter hole. i have plenty of clearance between oilpan and crossmember. engine sits nice and straight and totally center.
