Swapping internals is one way to do it. are you keeping the cressida gearing? That diff off an NA or turbo supra? Turbo has 3.73 or 3.9 gears and NA has 4.3.
On mine im using the whole pumpkin, just swapped the rear mount/cover. I also made spacers for the front.

haha my auto hasn't seen 1st gear in months
.. or second for that matter... my city mpg sucks balls
so here's my car
... let all the diff fluid out

had to take the muffler off

the two diffs.. mine's on the left

took me a while to get it out but there's the lsd and taking the off the ring gear

when it was time to put it back together.. the axle shafts werent going all the way in... i noticed that the x8 ones are barely bigger so i put the supras' in instead and the diff carrier was different as well, again the x8 were bigger

here's where i stopped for the day.. kinda... i left the diff under the car sittin on the floor...

my dumbass dropped it on my finger and well FML

what supra did you pull that diff from? all i did was swap the ring gear and reused all cressida bearings and was good to go.
