Here is a link to Harbor Freight's 20% coupon through their website.

On a related note, I have heard good things about their leakdown tester, only $19.95.

I almost had a Harbor Freight sandblaster blast my legs off on time...faulty valve.

I spent the next two weeks cleaning the media out of my shop and growing the hair back on my right leg.

harbor freight is good for those knick knack shit you don't use everyday, but need in a pinch. or if you're out and don't have all your tools, but need something that works ASAP

good deals all around but you get what you pay for (:

for things where quality doesn't matter so much, harbor freight is a god send

There's something I've always wondered with their engine stands. If you get one rated for like 5x the weight of the engine you're putting on it, will it be alright?

No hoists, though. Anything from HF having to do with hydraulics is out of the question. lol

i have a harbor freight engine stand that i have my 2j in.
i also have a engine hoist i borrowed from a friend that came from there, no issues.
my buffer is from hf too, but my last one(same chicago electric sander/polisher) the switch got stuck, but other than that has worked fine.
my first few spray guns were the cheapy $15 - $20 ones and i've done good paintjobs on cars with them.
i have a bunch of other shit from them cuz i can be a cheap motherfucker, but yeah, u get what you pay for, and i've broken shit i got from there. i always get the warranty if its something electronic that for sure will break later.

Engine stand works great. It's just mandrel bent & painted by a 2 year old smoking a cigarette. I for one admire these indigenous craftsmen babies. They're ok in my book.
