So i dont have any stock o2 sensors on my 2j, i decided to run AEM Uego wideband in its place, now i've read online and on the instructions it has a narrowband output for ECU's but the output is 0-5v and we need 0-1v so there is an adjustment on the back of the gauge which can change the output (heres the first question) this changes the output of the narrowband output rather then what displays on the gauge right?
(page 9) http://www.aempower.com/images/products/In...s%2030-4100.pdf
then second question which setting would be the best to run into the na 2j ecu, cuz i've read that oem ecu's read backwards to how narrowband reads, so to me it looks like P4 looks like the right setting for the output to 2j ecu to replace oem o2's.
thanks for input!

I've done this on a couple of cars. To emulate a typical nernst cell (narrowband 02) you just need to get a small screw driver and turn the pot inside the gauge so that it reads out p04 just like you mentioned.
This does not change the way the gauge reads on your dash. I'm not sure what you mean in your second question about the ECU reading backwards.

look at the graph on page nine, it shows all the wideband voltage signals increase when the afr increases, but the nernst output decreases in voltage when the afr goes up...
its backwards to the typical wideband output.
its backwards to the typical wideband output.

Oh, I get what you mean now... Yes that is the way it is supposed to work, just hook it up and it will be fine. It will only work for primary o2 sensors though, anything that is after the cat will need an o2 simulator or something else that will register lower voltage than the primary sensor.

the motor is a 95 which I believe is obdI still but using it as the one and only primary would be fine right?
