Here's the scoop.

JZX90 1jz
PowerFC
Wiring is completely redone with essentials only. No factory wiring period.

I'm trying to get my DEFI tach hooked up and am hoping someone (ahem...Mark?!) may know what to tap into before I waste time looking. Can I tap into one of the igniter wires? IGT1-6 or IGF? All of the info I've found reference stuff no longer in the car. For the record, I am getting tach signal on my commander.

With the cage, my seats bolted in and the dash in, it's a royal pain trying to deal with this so anything helps.

Sweet. Thanks. Can't wait to lay upside down with my feet in the air and sort through my rat's nest with pointy metal things in my back.

Yeah IGF should work great. it's 3 pulses per rotation (6 per cycle) iirc. if it doesn't work right just grab the one from the igniter that always works well.

Defi tach is sweet.
