wondering if 2jzge vvti cams work on a 2jzgte vvti?

i know the exhaust cam should work, but more wondering if the vvti cam itself from the NA 2j model will work on the turbo one.

cuz i saw that brian crower makes cams for the non turbo 2j vvti.

been wondering this myself cause iirc the camseals are the same as an is3, we need to persuade that Like Hoy charachter or whatever his name is that's partin out the 1j vvti's in garage sale to measure that shit out for us so we have something to measuire against. I was actually wondering if they were a direct swap, would there be any benefit by using the is3 na cams...

i dont have any vvti 2j cams lying around to compare. my stock cams have been put back on the motor over a week ago.

from what i noticed on my motor, the cam seal is more of a seal for the vvti cam gear itself since oil goes into the cam gear for the vvti, so theres a possiblity of the na vvti 2j cam workin on the vvti 1j. still best to compare. although im using non vvti 2jzgte cam seals on it.

I was cross referencing numbers and it looks like the int seal is the same as the 2j vvti, but I couldn't find a match for the exhaust seal. That's weird that the 2j uses the same camseal for both cams and 1jvvti uses different ones for each...
