Sorry for reusing some pix from my intro.

The day I got her...she was a lil haggard to say the least.

Then I put my wheels on.

19" Racing Hart J5pro
F: 19x9 et+26 High Disk / BBK fitment
R: 19x10.5 et+26 Low Disk / More Dish
Tires are wasted and are undrivable at the moment.
Cheap Nankang rubber
F: 225/35-19
R: 265/30-19

Then, I tossed in a 1J. I actually bought the motor set for my SC300, but never got around to installing it.
I got an insane deal on it...I got the 1J, W58 tranny, and bell housing for $600!!! w/o the Wiring or ECU

The wiring and ECU cost me $750...sooo, I guess I ended up with an average cost.

Then, bought a totally rad CXracing radiator and twin 10" E-Fans

It sits a little high, so I'll be moving the bottom brackets down a tad.

I removed the hood latch and bracket to make some room for my massive Intercooler...

I was having a problem getting the intercooler to fit over the frame rails...the endtank outlets were too low to allow the piping to connect.

So, I trimmed the rad support about an inch to give me the clearance that I needed...

This is the stuff I used to line the edge, to prevent scratching...

Made some quick ugly brackets and mocked up the Piping...

Ranlet is making me all of my piping with bad ass pie cuts everywhere! I can't wait to see it finally installed.

I tossed the junk stock seats and bought a pair of Bride Low Max FRP knock offs...hate all you want I love them and they were cheap.

Yes they're Glitter Back!!!

Then, I made these really low seat brackets and had my buddy weld them up for me...

The AirRide is almost finished. I still need to install the actual bags, gauges, and switch box.

This is what I have so far...

I guess some shit spilled on my tank and stained it...no matter, it's getting powder coated soon.

I still need to get a battery box. I'm gonna have to make one, cause I hate the ones you can buy somewhere.

Here's my switch box...

There's a cool locking feature on the side of the switch box...it's a valet deal, so people can't fuck with your AirRide when you don't want them too. It also has a feature that ties into your alarm. When you set the alarm, it dumps the bags...making me look extra cool as I walk away from my car when I park .

Things I've done without pics...

3" one piece steel driveshaft with upgraded Mustang U-Joints

SPL steel braided brake lines

Walbro Fuel Pump

Complete 2J water pump

There's still alot to do...and alot to learn haha

Random Pix...

That's about it so far, I think...I'll post more as I go on or remember stuff

Hope you guys like it!

Thanks!

Bags themselves are not installed, just the system.

Just back from the junkyard, picked up a shifter lever and some random bolts I needed. My tranny didn't come with it.

The shifter lever I pickled up earlier fits! It came outta one of these celicas...

Only problem is that it's bent all wired for that car, so I'm gonna have to cut and weld that bitch to fit like I want.

Sick shit man.. Love everything but the Australian intercooler placement.. but other than that.. cant wait to see this Done

What dampers you using ??
PLZ dont say stock.. cuz the front wont go that low with stockers. . U prolly already know this. . but the proper way to bag that bitch would be coilovers with sleeves instead of springs. . then you got the two proper ride heights.. Low, and On The Ground. . wink.gif Cuz you can adjust the total damper length and placement of the bag via the perch. .

Alternatively you could shorten the housings, and run inserts . . then it would actually fully tuck the front. . It just need about 1.5 inches of shortening. .

I've been looking far an adjustable strut insert for the front without any luck.

The rear bags are adjustable with roll over bags...they'll bolt right in.

The fronts are more work with figuring out where exactly I need/want to mount the perch.

So, you're saying to cut/shorten the front strut tubes?

We'll measure tonight.

IIRC, Volvo 240 Bilstein HDs enable mega-slam.

Your brake lines are coming.

Oh, and don't forget:

Those are valved for a 2200lb car. I used a pair of sw20's in my old JIC's and they blew out after 8 months or so, replaced them again and they are blown, again.

Hahah...down here in FL, it floods quite a bit. I've seen people hit a deep puddle and rip off their frontmount. That's why I wanted to mount mine out of danger's way. It also helps make the intercooler piping really short and clean looking.

Oh, I can fit the front bumper and grill without any mods smile.gif Can't even tell it's turbo.
