PREVIOUS AUTO EXPERIENCE: I have done all my own work on my BMW, but I have experience with AE86s, N/A FCs, MKIII Supras, and alot of car-audio experience (I install stereos on the side)
WHY YOU WANT TO BE A MEMBER: I am picking up a '91 Cressida (Tomorrow, as well as either a 2jz gte or a 1jz gte (or maybe go 1.5jz gte). I have sourced most of my parts for the swap as well as a R-154 tranny, and I should begin work by this weekend if not sooner. Don't think of this as a "Oh my car is going to be super dope someday", but think of this more like, "When is this cressy gunna be in a magazine" status application. Not to sound like an asshat, but I WANT to make a dope cressy. Kinda like a fat chick wants/needs a XL Domino's Pepperoni, Sausage, and Cheese Pizza.

Purchased a full/rebuilt 7M-GTE and R-154 tranny, I will update with pics soon.
Later today I will be stripping the car as well as painting it.
This weekend I will be putting the engine in.

p.s. I know the picture makes us look like douchebags, but it's only cuz of that chicks brother with the tapout shirt i'm just a nerdy asian.

ok now cut the springs severely and put some of that blue painters tape on the sidewalls. At least then it would be work done.
X-chassis is a plus and getting more towards a pass, but its nothing special right now.




really though, if you dont have plans for coilovers right away, cut the springs.
