Hello everyone
I've been reading up on putting Z32 calipers onto the MX83, but one thing I'd like to know is that do I need any kind of adapter to put these brakes on? The calipers look like they bolt right on, but how about the rotors? Which rotors do I use? Is there any kind of machining of the hubs or any of that stuff to fit on a specific rotor, or is it safe to assume that I can use Z32 rotors?
Thanks!

they will bolt on... bu you'll need to space out the caliper a little and have a centering ring made to use the Z32 rotors. they are different diameter than the stock MX83 rotors.
or... u can order some jdm bling withh a Night Pager kit from japan off YJA or something

the rear brackets are a little more involved. the ones i'm using set the 2-piston r32 calipers up and out from where the cressida brakes bolt. the ones i got on yahoo said to use jzx90/100 tourer V rear rotors, so i bought those too, and it went together like buddah. really nice, but like the z32 fronts it starts to invade on the wheel sizes. you have to run a hub center ring on the jzx100 rotors too, just like the z32 rotors on the front but much less of a spacer.
i have pics of the whole setup if i can dig them up somewhere.

i'm guessing they used jzx90/100 tourer rear brakes because they allow you to use the existing drum parking brake setup?

I don't know if I accidentally did not post or someone deleted it. If someone deleted it that is fine, you can delete this one as well. I can take a hint, but PMs are great. I'll ask the same question.
Can you give prices for individual and group buys?
Thank you brian for going through the trouble of making the blue prints .. . no hugs though

Bringing up an old thread. I have a chance to get a pair of 26mm calipers. Now I know that the spacer is being used to put the caliper on center but my question is this. Is the spacer for the 26 or the 32 caliper?
Thanks for any help.

Good point. As long as you have the correct rotor. I will contact flipside and see what is up.
****Edit****
Worse case I have the measurements and a couple buddies that are machinists so we can get this going.
Thank you Brian. I owe you one.

Got bored, reproduced withh Google Sketchup 6
Maybe someone can use them in this format or export them to something useful. I've heard of more places accepting Sketchup files so maybe it will help someone out.
