I sent an email to XM but figured Id mention it here too. I went to order the Power Steering bracket for AC delete, its $48. With the only shipping option available to Canada, the total came out to $250.... Hoping there is another way to ship it that will cost a whole lot less, especially considering the part barely weighs anything.

That is silly........

Have them sign up with USPS's Click & Ship program.

I send stuff to Canada all the time.

If they are too handicaped to handle that, have the shit sent to me, or anyone else that can go to the post office.

It can't cost much, surely not $250......

How big is it, most likely will fit in a medium flat rate box for under $50 with insurance.

The USPS is tied directly with Paypal, and if they need help with what to do with customs, they can call me.

(they won't, they never listen to me anyway)

I never use UPS, or Fed Ex going to northern wisconsin (canada), it's just too fucking stupid expensive.

Stupid, they should be using USPS Priority flat rate, or at most, USPS Priority Express.

You can go to the USPS web site yourself, and look it up.

Looks like they are using Global Express which is retarded........

The site's shipping calculator uses UPS as its shipping option. For international shipments, get in touch with Xcessive. USPS is typically used and the rates are much better.

Here is an old thread about it.

Could someone sticky that thread for me?

same thing just happened to me, their website calculated like 250 dollars shipping to vancouver

just email them they will get you the best rate. unfortunately there's 2 people both answering the same emails and not CC'ing each other on the replies so it becomes a confusing clusterfuck. took 3 days to place the order... they seem to be nice people though, maybe just really busy. they will sort it out just keep trying..
