I think these are normally just stamped metal not machined? Thus the cost could get down to the ~$30?

also cnc could cut the die for a press to stamp them if you wanted to go that route. something this low volume i dunno which would be easier/better.

 isn't XM's like 4" diameter?

And what, made of steel with zinc plating that starts to corrode right away ?

Is the whole JZXP membership going full homo now?

yeah the more i think about it the more i realize this would have to be done really well and kept to a small production run or else it ends up being derivative and sorta lame. i dunno. what do yall think?

XM's is plastic..............................

Their badge, or their harness bar...?

From a Bogart movie:

"Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges."

I normally replace 'badges' with 'turbo'.

theres the 40 yr anniversary badge that has the laurel around it, easy enough to make he leaves look like a cocknballs.

Maybe would be in for one, if like the JAF, enameled, and 2" in diameter (not so WWF belt buckle-ish).

I shooting for the 3" but bigger would be easier, having a 1/32 endmill running that much would suck pretty hard.
