What is everyone using for the rear rubber insulator for a JZX90-110 R154 in a IS300?  I know you have to use the automatic crossmember, but everything I am reading is saying the JZX100 mount lets the trans bolt in like factory but was hoping there was a US equivalent to this insulator.

I wonder if you could run an x7/x8 crossmember since they have the dip to allow the insulator to be mounted lower.  The width would have to be the same (no idea if it is)

I bet this is something XM wouldn't mind producing (as they could help them sell their poly trans mounts too)
